30-Day Right
Right of withdrawal within 30 days without justification. The law requires 14 days — we extend the window voluntarily.

Process
- Email contact within 30 days of receipt
- Receive return instructions and RMA number
- Ship product (return shipping at customer's expense)
- Refund within 14 days of receipt
Refund
Refund is processed using the same payment method as the original order.
